All the information required to generate the graph can be acquired by slightly modifying the core logic. The graph can be rendered using some vanilla logic to render the achievement page, although tons of code will be added to arrange the nodes properly.

I have thought about this a long time ago, but really have no time for it. I will leave the issue open in case I finally decide to resign someday.
