Crash after migrate to AndroidX

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to get provider com.iceteck.silicompressorr.provider.GenericFileProvider: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Didn't find class "com.iceteck.silicompressorr.provider.GenericFileProvider"

getting crash after migrating to AndroidX
