Migration from reactable to react-table

We are using unmaintained library for rendering tables (last modified in 2017, only 20 stars on GH). I would recommend to switch to react-table (13k stars, quite often releases).

It looks like on chromium 90.x columns width icons render incorrectly (are wider than expected). After migration would be nice to check if helped also for this issue.
