Better presentation of progress of deployment for large savepoint

Would be nice to display progress of saving large savepoints during deployment in more user friendly way. Things IMO to do:

• Phase of deployment - taking savepoint / sending model jar / starting process from savepoint
• Presentation of % of acknowledged operators
• Presentation of duration of deployment At the beginning it could be shown in current notification.

Thanks to this change, user will be sure that savepoint is processing and haven't stucked on NK side.
