add volatile flag for emitting events from the server

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to reduce buffering for events which are emitted frequently, so that unstable connections don't cause the buffer to fill up with these messages.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a volatile flag, which is also documented in the nodejs implementation, see https://socket.io/docs/v4/emitting-events/#volatile-events

This would prevent buffering.

Describe alternatives you've considered Implementing my own websocket messaging protocol, which would be a lot of work.
