Convert the key to lowercase for the whitelist

This will need testing. I've probably done it poorly @MitchDizzle might be best if you give this a once over.

I haven't got around to testing it. Would be neat if you could and I can always make modifications to the code if needs be.

If I get time this week I'll try testing it in my tf2 setup, as far as csgo I don't really have a srcds setup for it yet.
