libenchant requirement

libenchant as a system requirement doesn't seem to be used anywhere in the project. I don't see any usage of PyEnchant, which uses enchant under the hood. Am I missing something?

Hey, I'm looking in to this now, but it may be a legacy dependency. It has been there since I took over the project in 2017, so yeah it very well may be unnecessary
