Merge Duck Score limitation

HI, Its possible we merge duck score partially how much we can from a user to another user for example if a user want to merge his 100 ducks to another user? how could that possible to change in duckhunt.py file?

duckmerge is for merging a user's ducks between nicks. A command to transfer ducks to someone should be a new feature request.
