add block for non alowed formating like &k. to stop bad players spaming it when no admins is on.

We might want to completely revamp the nick system.

I was looking back through the Git History, and I am sure this was already a thing? Can anyone confirm if it still is a thing or has been removed in a previous commit?

@Wild1145 I don't recall we do this automatically yet. We do have /nickclean, however.

@JeromSar I am sure I had seen somewhere in the history a block on &K, I'll have to take a look and see if that is still even a thing then.
