Fade animation not showing properly

The animation is not showing properly on linux

Describe the bug

There should be a fade animation at the splash screen, but nothing is shown instead

To Reproduce

Open this app https://github.com/TotalCross/nubank-sample And watch the splash screen

Expected behavior

The fade animation should be shown as in the simulator
