🌎 Environment

  • OS Version: 14.3
  • Version/Release: 3.11.0-2

💬 Description

"Last played book" Siri Shortcut voice trigger does not work with custom shortcut name.

🦶 Reproduction Steps

  1. In Bookplayer:Settings, enable Last played book shortcut and give it a name.
  2. Say "Hey Siri" and then say the trigger word ("name") from step 1. In my case it was "Read my audio book".
  3. Siri will report "Sorry, you'll need to continue this in Books"
  4. If you temporarily remove the Books app, she then only says: "I don't see an app for that. You'll need to download one"

NOTE: If you just tap the shortcut in Siri Shortcuts and execute it via that method, it works. It just does not work via voice command. Also if you say "Hey Siri, resume last played book" (name of the action inside the shortcut) this works.

🤔 Expected Results

The voice trigger for the Siri shortcut should work with the name you give the shortcut and resume playing your book.

😲 Actual Results

If you say something like "audio book" or "read my audio book" you will get a message:

If you have Books app installed: Siri will report "Sorry, you'll need to continue this in Books"

If you do not have Books app installed, Siri will report "I don't see an app for that. You'll need to download one"
