Yes, I can confirm it. FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'characters\\instruction-following\\AI_Char.json' AI_Char.yaml is in the 'characters' folder. So it's a different folder for instructions.

I can confirm it. I use 2 different GPUs and so far i could not get it to load it into the second GPU. Even "--gpu-memory 0 8" won't change...
