Describe the bug: 微信划卡清理偶尔失效不清理

Steps to reproduce the behavior: 强行停止微信 打开微信 最近任务划掉微信 正在运行查看进程微信还在

Expected behavior: 修复微信划卡清理 如果有可能希望增加识别微信小程序 每次划掉微信小程序主进程就被清理掉了
