[功能建议]隐私管理:某一XP模块只对某一APP生效,提升手机安全性。

功能请求原因： 运动修改器、阻止运行劫持淘宝、京东等电商APP；应用控制器劫持微信后台刷量；某些模块劫持剪切板在支付宝推广红包等等……

因为一些模块实现的是单一功能不需要对全局的APP HOOK 如果可以限制运动修改器只能访问QQ，微信，那么他就不会有权限劫持淘宝等。

虽然edxp有黑名单功能但是不能详细的控制某模块访问某APP这样的需求
