Describe the solution you'd like 一些APP可以通过运营商接口获取用户手机号，即使在连接WIFI的网络下，依旧可以通过SDK强制走移动流量去获取，例如GitMind。这个应该算是国内特色了，建议新增该权限的控制，以便应用访问时可以拦截。
