[bug反馈][适配申请]请求支持多用户的管理同时修复关于音乐状态栏的问题

使用工作资料进行多开的 app 似乎没办法被 thanox 抓到从而进行管理，希望能加入对多用户的 支持

顺带反馈一个 bug，在类原生 android 11 上 对音乐 app 进行乖巧后 极大概率无法拉起音乐的 notification ，经过测试，哔哩哔哩后台播放，QQ 音乐，网易云音乐，均出现类似情况
