为什么重启docker的时候总有两个docker是 Restarting 状态，而且怎样都重启不了，查看日志显示consumer: Cannot connect to amqp://arl:**@rabbitmq:5672/arlv2host: failed to resolve broker hostname. 但是rabbitmq那个容器又是正常运行的 image image

麻烦提供下下面的输出，我看能复现下么。 docker version docker-compose logs -f --tail=10

tail -f *.log

旧的系统，原先的没有down导致的么？
