I can agree on that one! Also, I think the beforeChange solution provided in #320 is non-intuitive. Should be simple, I will reopen this issue.

@sglok can you give me the code (as minimal as possible) on which you have this issue? Then I'll try to fix it :)
Perhaps you can tap into when you remove a controller/view/style file and the plugin finds related files to prompt if user wants to delete those as well?
