What is the expected behaviour?

a field created_at in table data, which value is 2022-11-11 00:00:00：

1. parse in timezone：UTC
2. display in timezone：+00：00

expect the display value is 2022-11-11 00:00:00, but got 2022-11-11 01:00:00

What is the current behaviour?

got 2022-11-11 01:00:00

How to reproduce the issue?

1. add field created_at in table component
2. set parse in timezone to UTC
3. set display in timezone to +00:00
