How do I use this program

I followed the instructions, and everytime I enter something after clicking on the exe the program closes out.

After updating to ghostscript 10.02.0 I'm getting a MagickMissingDelegateErrorException when I try to convert a pdf. If I downgrade to the previous version it works correctly.
