TidalConnect Hifiberry switching from Flac to high

Hello, i am using a Rpi 3b+ with a hifiberry DAC 2HD. When im connecting tidal to hifiberry tidal connect the sound quality is switching from Flac to high.

What am i doing wrong ? Why am i not getting the Flac quality?

Tthe same goes for me. Flac dosent play. No error inside the docker log.

huh, I'm able to play flac and high just fine on rpi4

I also noticed this and after digging around on the forums I found a post that suggests that TIDAL's streaming API is different for some of the high res tracks:

edit: after re-reading this issue it's probably different than what I'm referencing, since I am in-fact able to play 44.1 flac
