win10系统下，使用vs 2017自带的x86 native进行编译，错误信息报“版本不兼容该版本的 U:\BabaSSL-master\config.com 与你运行的 Windows 版本不兼容。请查看计算机的系统信息，然后联系软件发布者。”，目标是编译出32位的静态库，是否有32位的config.com
