支持多个clickhouse库表查询

从proxy-settings的数据看，目前的ckibana似乎只支持查询一个默认的db和其包含的数据表。

在一些场景下，数据分布在clickhouse的多个db的多张表中，同时也需要使用ckibana进行查询， 是否考虑支持这个场景？
