Fuel Efficiency missing.

The fuel efficiency enchantment is gone. It doesnt matter which enchantment ID # I use for it, I cant even enchant it on something with cheats. I cant figure this out for the life of me. Playing the 1.12.2 version

Which version of the mod are you using? What Forge version? A list of other mods you have installed?

1.12.2-forge1.12.2-14.23.5.2847 is my forge version. Hopefully the screenshot posts properly. Those are all the mods 1 12 2 mods
