CIL channel tomophantom - updating to latest version.

Description

https://github.com/dkazanc/TomoPhantom/issues/112 bug (crashes on large volume sizes on windows machines) still occurs using tomophantom installed through CIL channels. It seems installation through CIL channel is quite old now compared to latest version provided by author https://github.com/dkazanc/TomoPhantom. Please can it be updated to latest version provided by author

In the meantime is it possible for me to change/relax this requirement locally?

It is possible if you build the package locally, see https://github.com/TomographicImaging/CIL#building-cil-from-source-code

We are currently dealing with this:
