Function to show_block_geometry in Jupyter with a slider

Description

As we are adding a functionality to handle per-projection geometry, it'll be nice to have a function for Jupyter that combines a slider, a cil.framework.BlockGeometry and the function from cil.utilities.display.show_geometry.
