For what it's worth, TabNine's IDE selector currently links to this project if you tell them you are using Emacs.

If this project is not in active development, perhaps it would be useful to add links to other projects which are to the README?

https://github.com/TommyX12/company-tabnine/issues/65#issuecomment-1554239688 seems particularly promising but perhaps there are other contenders, too.
