Bad Language and admin chat can't close

So after change the language on server and after change the map all it's broken because on screen appear some windows who's I can close with the "x" by using cursor. Next error is the chat from 3.1.0 version, it's broken because I can't leave or close the chat and after open the chat with victim and admin I can only minimalize and that's all
