Each report increases the value of 'pending reports' by more than 1

I'm not sure if it always happens or there's a condition, but I'm playing right now and each new report brings up a '3 Reports Pending' notification when in fact the report in question is the only active report (on both current and last maps). I'll do more research and report here

Is it caused by admin-reports ?

Yes, there was an admin report (closed) when that happened.

Update: I found out it's not caused exclusively by admin reports, but also by regular ones.
