[Request] - "Falling Dust" 3D Particle for Floating Gravity Blocks

Feature Idea:

The feature is in relation to the "falling dust" particles that come off of the bottom side of gravity blocks that are floating in mid air. As of right now they are still their normal 2D textures, this feature would allow those particles to also get their 3D counterparts which would be able to cover all gravity blocks; the two types of sand, anvils, and powder concrete (and support for any mods that may add gravity blocks that could end up floating in mid air).

I don't know if you want to implement this since it is a minor thing, but if you do, is it going to stay as a 1.9+ thing (when the dust particles were introduced) or are you going to add it as an option for all FBP versions?
