[REQUEST] Disable running particles

(NOTE: no bugs or unintended behaviors, just a request for quality of life) Basically, I am using this mod in a modpack which has the mod chiseled me, which allows you to change the players (and other mobs) size. Because of the way they work, when i become very small the particles clip through the camera for a frame, and its kinda annoying. Not a big issue, but i wish they could be disabled so this didnt happen.
