Option to disable the fancyness of BoP and More Fun Quicksand's Flesh particles.

Steps to reproduce issue:

Install Biomes o' Plenty or More Fun Quicksand, enter the Nether, and find a fleshy area. Stand there and watch your FPS melt away.

I've tried adding the Flesh blocks from BoP and MFQ to the blacklist, but that doesn't affect the flesh particles they spawn on their own. FPS is fine if I disable Fancy Block Particles.
