Rendering error with SEUS and FBP

Snow or rain shows up as little cubes which are black/translucent against the sky and distant scenery, only taking on their appropriate color once landing near the player. This might also be related to a severe performance hit during weather.

Steps to reproduce issue: Have both SEUS and FBP installed, wait for snow or rain

MC Version: 1.12.2

FBP Version: 2.4.1
