I know how to deploy slash command but I have questions Why? Only tomato can deploy slash command not any other members can do

In the code, change the userid from Tomato's ID 442355791412854784

I already proposed a fix but the pull request has not been accepted

Deployslash.js Tomato's ID is there, you need to change that to yours
