npm i dotenv in your terminal/console ...

Not a bug sir, you need to install dotenv and if you are using pterodactyl, I suggest first running it on an IDE and fixing bugs before deploying to hosting server.

To install dotenv, run npm i dotenv --save in the IDE/Self hosted console (I don't think you can run it on the Pterodactyl panel.)
