Describe the bug
The button to claim a ticket in the "ticket menu" system does not work correctly, it does not return the configured message.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior e.g:
- Execute the Command 'Claim the Ticket'
- Do not send me the message of having claimed the ticket
Expected behavior
You have to send a message of having claimed the ticket, it can be the default message or a personalized one.

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get')
It might be that the menuticket wasn't setup properly or the database for menuticket was lost? Could you retry and post an update whether or not is it resolved? Meanwhile I shall try to reproduce the same and get back to you soon.
I tried again but nothing has changed, it keeps showing me the same error
