Crash report handling

• c# forms application
• check email account and download new emails containing "Crash report" in title
• validate md5 if invalid move to category "broken"
• group by version & problem
• old versions move to category "archived"
• add checkbox "is completed" and memo text for each group
• option to change version, old reports are moved to archived
