To easily edit the image with ones favorite image editor. Actually and ideally: images are typically rendered from a specialized vector-like application. For instance, I maintain 2 files: foo.xxx / foo.png foo.png is generated from the application that edits foo.source Therefore, a way to open directly foo.xxx would be great.
