update outdated requirements.txt

While I was testing and experimenting this project source code, I found out that requirements.txt is outdated, 'darkdetect~=0.3.1' isn't suitable to this project anymore. This pull request is for updating the requirements.txt. Even I have seen a similar pull request before, I found that it has not been merged and it is not quite accurate.
