JLCPCB has stopped publishing the csv

As per https://github.com/Bouni/kicad-jlcpcb-tools/issues/241 these libraries won't update until a solution can be found.

I was hoping to take advantage of some of the v7 library improvements but this is on hold until the data source issue is resolved.

I see that jlcparts has a fix (https://github.com/yaqwsx/jlcparts/commit/3da7afa003f11d1251286e85e4c7b3d486efd722#diff-8a11dbbccafc411d3628de7427090b7cb2f552ffd984a8467ee3f05aa0334e88) but it uses a key & secret so I presume the author (yaqwsx) applied to JLC and got one.

I did try my JLC username/password but no dice.

I wonder if yaqwsx would be interested in publishing the CSV they fetch or similar.. I sent them an email to see.
