Not really sure what input you hope I have on this. I don't recall working on this package, or anything pulseaudio related, before. Oh I should have read the previous...
If the package does not work and a fix is not looking readily apparent I guess we oughta move the package to `disabled-packages` if it doesn't perform its basic function....
Our `pulseeffects` package is pretty out of date, let me try bumping it to 5.0.4

What would distinguish a proposed `libtermux-support` from the existing `libandroid-*` libraries?
