Unlimited stamina not saving

Describe the bug Hello, I run a roleplay server, and unlimited stamina is a pretty important thing for the server. In the newer version, it visually saves, but doesn't work until you turn it off and turn it back on. Just a mild inconvenience, but it'd be nice to see fixed. When logging in, the box is checked, but when I run I start getting hurt and slowed until I flip unlimited stamina off and on again, then it works fine. Thanks!

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. turn on unlimited stamina
2. save vMenu Settings
3. leave the game
4. rejoin
5. run until you're out of stamina

Additional context I have owner permissions, and have given the ace permission group owner access to everything, never had an issue before updating vMenu.
