Maybe create a config option to enable/disable this native. In case some servers may want to blackout everything (including cars)

sorry for the long response, I've been very busy at work, hopefully these changes work, I've tested it in my test server however I'm still fairly new to coding and such and had some help from Kiritsuu adding the button in
