Disabling Spawn in vehicle

Describe the bug The big consists of being in a moving vehicle while spaming the replace previous vehicle and disabling spawn in the vehicle.

This is used to mass spawn or just for people to troll with.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to vehicles related options, Vehicle spawner
2. disabled Replace previous vehicle and disable spawn in vehicle
3. Scroll down to vehicles spawner and spam spawn vehicles
4. See error
