Chameleon Paint Job Update

Added a list item to the Primary Colours menu of vMenu that allows players to set their vehicle colours with the new chameleon colour ramps from Expanded & Enhanced.

For this to work, You will need to be streaming the custom Chameleon Colours mod on FiveM.

You can use set server_using_chameleon_colours "false" or set server_using_chameleon_colours "true" to change weather to allow access to the Chameleon Colours List in Primary Colours. (If no Convar is set, It will be defaulted to false)
