Feature request: shared recipes between households

What's the feature 🧐

Currently every household has its own recipes. It would be great to have the possibility to share some recipes with alls households or to have a shared cookbook.

You can share recipes with other households by make the recipe "Public". As a result, you can share the link and import it in another household. Syncing and a direct "share with household" Option dies not exist in the Moment, afaik.

However, this issue could be duplicate of #426
