Feature request: Designated priority of items in Grocery List

What's the feature 🧐

In our household, we maintain a perpetual grocery list with items prioritized by importance, which can change depending on our supply and budget each pay period. For instance, dairy and meat might take priority over other items at certain times.

It would be helpful if users could assign different colors to items to indicate their priority. By default, an item could appear in a normal priority color, but if tapped and held, it could switch to a different color, like red, to signal high importance. This way, while shopping, it's easy to identify essential items at a glance.

Currently, we’ve set our app to move selected items to a completed section below the main list after purchase, allowing us to re-add them as needed. The ability to color-code items would be especially useful here, as items re-added would reset to a standard priority, but could easily be updated to high priority if needed. Adding this feature would greatly enhance our shopping experience.
