Bundle web fonts into application

As mention in #36 fonts are not bundled into the web application, but pulled from google fonts. We currently use the Roboto and Noto emojis fonts.

Edit: I couldn't find a way to override the fallback behavior of loading Noto emojis. Although this only happens when emojis are used.
