Feature request: international measurement system

What's the feature 🧐

Whenever I load recipes from a non-US website and get measurements in grams instead of cups/oz etc, the system does not recognize anything.

I also could not find a way to specify them manually.

same problem from the other direction here as well. - when importing (let's say Chefkoch recipes) at least half the measuring units are not recognized. teaspoons (TL in German), tablespoons (EL in German) among them. also cups, packages (baking powder, yeast....) etc don't tick. basically I can't really import anything at the moment without having properly.

same problem occurs when entering recipes by hand. if I try 4 tablespoons of anything nothing works. and first adding, then adding quantity is really heavy lifting on a computer screen as clicking the ingredient deletes it from the recipe (spotting the menu dots far off to the right was enlightening, but is still a chore to hit them correctly)
