Feature request: Import from files

What's the feature 🧐

Being able to import from files (in my case, Mealie JSON) would be great. I'm wanting to migrate over to KitchenOwl but refuse to manually re-create all my recipes.

Adding to this, a general recipe parser would be useful. Recipes usually follow a simple shape:

(Maybe amount of servings)

1 tbsp  List
2 dl      Of
2 cups ingedients

Text how you make the dish. Sometimes as paragraphs in steps.

I have a document of accumulated recipes in a similar shape, and being able to add things in such a manner would simplify my transfer of recipes (also from sites that are not supported). An example here (in Swedish): https://koketteriet.se/skrivet/Recept/recept.html#org6f33da5
